Heyyyyy.

I am so happy you took the leap and decided to check out my coaching offer. Welcome, welcome, please make yourself at home. I am HERE to serve YOU. I see you.

You listen to the podcast, you know I am a coach, you are curious about what it means to “work with me.”

I get it. Your checking the water before diving in.

The really cool thing about YOU, is that you know me. You know that I have your back. You know what I am all about. You know that I am honest, and real. You know that I say what is on my mind, even when it is really hard to say.

I know this parenting journey is tough. We love our kids SO MUCH and want to do RIGHT and OHHH MYYYY GAWWWWD - it can feel like things are so out of control. It can feel like we are DROWNING. You don’t think I understand? Listen to Eps 161 a solo show about navigating depression and anxiety. I’m in it too.

And nobody told us this parenting thing was going to be such a deep dive into the unknown. WTF is that all about?

You aren’t alone.

There are many moms (and dads) out there feeling all of these things, right there with you. As you’ve heard me say, "You are not living in your own private freak show; this is a collective experience." AND it's okay to reach out for help.

In fact, YOU DESERVE TO REACH OUT FOR HELP.

If your child were struggling with an academic skill, you'd get him a tutor so he could improve and even excel. If your child wanted to learn a new sport, you'd sign her up for a team where she would get direction from an experienced coach.

YOU are WORTHY of that same kind of support.

So what’s the deal with coaching?

When you decide to invest in coaching, it is an opportunity for you to be listened to. It is a chance for you to really be seen and validated, while also encouraging you to see your current challenges from a broader perspective.

You know that feeling of trying everything and nothing seems to work? Or thinking that things will never get better?

Yeah. It sucks, right?

Coaching pulls you up and out of that feeling of defeat and helps you see the possibilities that actually exist for love, cooperation and contribution. It helps you to grow you ability to look AT your challenges instead of FROM them. And from that point of view, there are a lot more options for action.

Coaching with Casey wasn’t just about parenting, or my kids, or my husband, or job... It was about honoring all my roles and relationships. Casey guided me through creating supports to so that I can stay connected to myself no matter what path I am walking down.

Um, yes.

Coaching is right for EVERYONE and EVERYONE DESERVES COACHING.

  • Are you tired of yelling? Coaching helps.

  • Are your kids uncooperative? Coaching helps.

  • Are back-talk and defiance an issue? Try coaching.

  • Bedtime, mealtime, getting out the door issues? Yup, coaching will help.

  • Transitions, homework battles, FORTNITE MELTDOWNS?! Coaching will help.

  • Your teen seems out of control, you feel out of control, you argue with your partner about the "best way" to discipline, you're exhausted, you struggle with guilt and anger, you often think "this is not what I signed up for!!!" — COACHING WILL SUPPORT YOU!

What does one-on-one coaching look like?

Coaching happens over the phone. You talk, I listen. I look to highlight patterns and beliefs that might be getting in your way. Together, we identify what is happening at the “tip of the iceberg” and get curious about what is “under the surface.”

Between calls you have homework - but not the kind that is a super drag. You will put into practice tools and actions that will support you AND your family with self care, connection, and life skills for cooperation and contribution. YAY.

The coaching relationship offers a safe space for vulnerability and curiosity, as well as the opportunity to be guided in finding our own deep wisdom and gifts. The parenting journey is ripe with challenges, how we are as we face those challenges is a testament to who we are. Our children are our teachers. Deep listening and powerful questions in the coaching relationship will allow you to experience the joy that follows the clarity of exploring the lessons that show up.

I will support you as you discover new pathways that allow you to release the patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you and are holding you back from experiencing the beauty of parenthood and being a human in this world.

So, are you ready for a transformation in your family?

I am going to just assume you are a yes.

Because why not? You listen to the podcast, you are drawn to this work, you’ve made it all the way to the bottom of this page. You are a yes. So right now, I want you to click that pink button and apply for an explore call. This is free, and will allow you to ask any questions you have about moving forward.

Do it. You deserve it.
